I'm happy to give a fixed quote for any large project you need doing, for customer peace of min
I will estimate the time taken and use my hourly rate to define the price.
The price quoted is the price you pay regardless of the time spent on the job.
All fixed quotes will be in writing and agreed in advance by both parties.
Materials and Rubbish Removal
I only provide labour as part of my service, usually I ask you to provide any fixtures you require fitting ie: fencing, taps etc. I am more than happy to source these materials as needed but will charge a maximum of 30 minutes sourcing time and will add a mark up of 25% to the cost of all materials sourced.
I carry materials such as screws brackets, wall plugs used for general repairs and maintenance needs.
I'm afraid I'm unable to remove waste/boxes etc.
